Reserved for those with at least one (7-10 week) Lab experience.

LAB INTENT: SOURCING THE CHAKRAS
Body as Temple. We will be accessing, embodying, and giving expression to seven energy centers in the Body through movement, gesture, ritual actions, and vocalization. We will look to the direct experience of the chakra energy in the Body to guide us, rather than any preconceptions, interpretations, or analysis as described in metaphysical books. Specific polarities innate to each chakra will also be included, ie., 1st chakra Safety/Danger and Nourishing/Toxic. All seven chakras will be explored in the following session-by-session sequence:

Session 1) Chakra #1
Session 2) Chakras #1 & 2
Session 3) Chakras #1, 2, & 3.
Session 4) Chakras #1, 2, 3, & 4.
Session 5) Chakras #1, 2, 3, 4, & 5.
Session 6) Chakras #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6.
Session 7) Chakras #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7.

This Chakra Lab is reserved for 1) those with at least one full Paratheatre Lab
experience and 2) those who can attend at least 6 out of the 7 sessons
(if you foresee missing more than one session, please do not apply).
